    3) Location of event
    4) Size of event (Estimated number of people in attendance)
    4) Any other necessary details  
           Ex.  a) Will a sound system need to be provided?
                   b) Will a power source need to be provided?
                   c) Is the performance area indoors or outdoors?
                   d) What is the duration of performance?
